3.    Smoked Salmon with capers, onion & condiments

4.    Cold meats Ham, Chicken, Salami etc

1.       Rosemary marinated roast beef

2.       Morroccan spiced roast chicken with Jus

3.       Lemon Peppered Tempura Barramundi fillets

4.       Thai green chicken curry with vegetables
