The following seafood items served on your table for those choosing the Seafood Table Buffet
Regular dinner buffet does not include the following:

  • Natural oysters
  • Grilled Moreton bay bugs
  • Dill marinated New Zealand mussels
  • Steamed blue swimmer crabs
  • Salt & Pepper squid
  • Grilled Altantic salmon
  • Whole cooked prawns
  • + Plus the above dinner buffet included

Soup & Breads:

3.       Sweet Corn Chicken soup

4.       Garlic breads, Focaccia & pizza

  

Salads:
            1.   Whole cooked Prawns

2.      Cold seafood & prawn salad

3.      Potato Salad with seeded mustard

4.      Caesar salad

5.       Pickled vegetables, olives, dressings & sauces etc

 

Hot Section:

1.       Rosemary roast beef with mushroom sauce

2.       Morroccan spiced chicken

3.       Lemon peppered battered barramundi

4.       Penne with mushroom cheese and shallots

5.       Vegetable Noodles

6.       Thai green chicken curry with lemon grass etc

7.       BBQ chicken winglets

8.       Steamed Jasmine Rice

9.       Roast pumpkin
