Terms & Conditions – Thursday to Sunday Party Nights

• Every booking requires a deposit; We cannot take reservations without a deposit
• Tables of Two are Prepaid. Payments can be made over the phone, internet transfer or website link
• Deposit of $50 required for tables from 3 to 25 guests
• Deposit of $100 required for tables between 26 to 40 guests; $200 deposit for tables above 40 guests
• Walk-in table without a booking – Please pre-pay on arrival at the reception
• Pay deposit via phone with a credit card, or by internet funds transfer or pay in person at the restaurant
• Final number of guests is required latest by 3pm on the day; or ideally prior to the event night, finalise seating
• The final number of people confirmed by you will be billed, even if less turn up on the night
• With large group bookings, full payment is be required prior; bookings over 40 people are prepaid
• Surcharge of 2% to all plastic card payments; Please pay cash or internet transfer to avoid surcharge
• We are a fully licensed venue; BYO of any drinks not allowed; outside drinks will be removed
• Seating requests are not taken, unless booking is over 40 guests and the booking is fully prepaid in advance
• Seats in front tables near the stage will cost extra $10 per person
• All guests attending must pay the fixed buffet price; Price charged is for Food; Show & DJ are complimentary
• Friday & Saturday buffet food bill is pre-paid; pay on arrival at the bar counter; / or settle the food bill before 8pm / before the show starts / or pay in advance by Internet bank transfer
• Bookings cannot split soft drink or alcohol packages – whole table must take the same package
• We do not do accept split bills / individual payments from your guests; please assign one person from your group to collect everyone’s share and pay in a single transaction
• Children are allowed but must be supervised by parents at all times, so as to not cause disturbance to other patrons
• Please do not allow children to run on the stage, dance floor, bar or near to other tables
• For safety reasons children under 8 years are not allowed on the dance floor for dancing after 9.30pm
• Drinks are not allowed on the dance floor; please leave your drinks on your own tables
• Drinks: If you are paying for your own drinks, please buy drinks from the bar directly; cash only at the bar For ‘Bar Tab’ or adding to bill, the Spend Limit must be pre-paid; or else credit card & licence is required as security
• Ala carte menu available on weekends after 8.45pm; after the buffet is closed
• NSW Smoke Laws: Smoking is not permitted at the front entrance, or within 5 meters from the entry of the restaurant or dining areas. Smoking is allowed only on the two outdoor balconies

• Please mention your booking name when you arrive so that we can direct you to your table
• Doors open at 5.45pm for pre-dinner drinks
• Buffet opens from 6.30pm to 8.45pm; you can have your dinner as soon as you arrive
• DJ for dancing from 8pm; Music requests taken before 8.30 or after 11pm
• Dance show will start after dinner, around 8.30pm
• Two open air designated smoking areas located towards the river side on the outdoor balcony
• Toilets are located on the right side, as you enter the restaurant
• Fresh food will be continuously replenished until everyone has eaten. If there is a queue on the buffet, please do not join the queue; kindly remain seated, till the queue has gone down
• Buffet contains gluten free & vegetarian; a main dish of gluten free or vegetarian can be made on request
• Halal Buffet; Pork products are not used, we buy meats from certified Halal suppliers
• Bring your own celebration cakes; sorry we do not sell cakes
• No BYO Cakeage charges for weekend bookings
• Celebration cakes must be cut before the show starts at 8.30pm; DJ music will not be stopped after 8.30pm to sing Happy Birthday. Cakes can be cut after 8.30pm, but DJ & Music will not be stopped
• Bring your own table decorations & balloons; Party Poppers & Confetti are strictly Not allowed

• BYO of Shisha / Argileh is allowed – They are to be used on the two openair outdoor balconies
• If it is a busy night - Tables of 2 may be seated on a shared table, since we have limited tables of two
• Show may change with notice and will be updated on the main page of the website
• Prams are not allowed inside on Friday & Saturday nights; high chairs are available
• Children must be seated on their chairs and supervised by parents at all times so as to not cause disturbance to other patrons and for their own safety; they are not allowed to run around the venue
• Under 18 years are not allowed near the bar / or consume alcohol; an adult should not buy a minor alcohol
• Proof of age / ID must be carried by teenagers and young adults
• If running a bar tab or adding to bill, we will need your credit card & driving licence; cash only at the bar
• Private & exclusive use of venue available for private functions from Sunday to Friday
• Separate upper deck section available for groups between 60 to 80 persons
• Our Suggestion: If you are hosting then you pay for the food & soft drinks and guests pay for their own alcohol
• Bookings after 8.45pm choose ala carte, banquet or set Menu
• You may be photographed. if you have any objections, please inform the photographer on duty, by not doing so, you hereby give your permission to be photographed & photos may be posted on Facebook
• Any damages to property will be paid for by the host/ company / group
• Dress Code: Formal & Smart Casual
• Not allowed: Shorts, hoodies, thongs, singlet’s, caps, work boots, tradie attire, sport shoes or sneakers
• Women: Evening wear, fashionable & cocktail dresses
• Men: Men to wear collared shirts, full pants (T-shirt and Jeans acceptable)
• Please avoid asking for discounts; we have other overheads like Entertainment Fees, Music Licensing, Liquor Licence / ETA fees after midnight, PPC Fees, Live Show Dancers, MC’s, DJ’s & Security guards
• Menu Disclaimer: Some menu items are subject to change due to stock availability. We strive to provide the freshest ingredients, and occasionally, certain items may be temporarily unavailable and our staff will replace the buffet dish with alternatives. We appreciate your understanding.

FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PATRONS - We practice Responsible Service of Alcohol

• We aim to provide all patrons with a safe, family friendly and pleasant atmosphere
• We encourage you to drink responsibly; Responsible consumption of alcohol is your responsibility
• We hold an On-Premise Liquor License – This means to have alcoholic drink you must have a full meal
• Kitchen is open till bar is closed; Ala Carte food is available till venue closes
• We are not a Night Club, but a family restaurant with entertainment
• We are fully licensed; drinks from outside / BYO are not allowed
• Security will be checking bags for any BYO drinks
• ID will be checked, if we suspect the guest is a minor
• Proof of Age / ID must be carried by teenagers and young adults
• Under 18 years are not allowed to consume any alcohol, an adult should not buy a minor alcohol
• If underage drinking is suspected, authorities will be called in and the whole table will be asked to leave
• Young kids are not allowed on the dance floor & near the bar area
• Children must be under the supervision of parents / guardian at all times
• Children under 8 years not allowed on the dance floor after 9.30pm, when dance floor opens
• Persons drinking elsewhere prior to arrival, will be refused entry
• Drinks not allowed on the dance floor for the safety of patrons
• Drinks not allowed to be taken outside to the front entrance of the restaurant
• Drinking water is freely available at all times
• Double shots of spirits are not given; We do not sell bottles of spirits
• To avoid liquor licensing issues, we enforce a 1 drink policy per person at any time
• People who over-indulge and become unruly and disruptive; this type of behaviour is unacceptable as it will threaten the enjoyment and safety of others; this will result in calling the Police
• Anyone found intoxicated: no further drinks, will be removed from the venue immediately and refused entry again
• Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual harassment and discrimination, is unlawful and unacceptable
• Security personnel will remove anyone from the premises that is too inebriated or acting inappropriately and this will result in calling the Police
• Smoking is not permitted within 5 meters from the entry of the restaurant or dining areas
• Smoking is permitted only on the two-open air outdoor balconies behind the restaurant
• Drink Packages: Spirits are not included, Wine is served only by glass
• Patrons are required to leave the premises in quiet and orderly manner, keep all noise to a minimum
• Not to cause disturbance to neighbours and have regard to the amenity of the area
